HAPPY 2015!!!
Well, your boy is back -- it's been about 3 months since I posted here. The summer of 2014 brought on some significant challenges which required some focus and attention throughout the last quarter. But 2015 is here and Smokeasy is getting back into full swing again! What better to way to kick off the year than with a look at the top cigars of 2014. Smokeasy has never done a "top cigars" list - I've smoked so many great cigars last year, with so many unique flavor profiles, I would be hard-pressed to rank them accordingly. But since many use these year-end lists to help guide their cigar choices during the following year, below are the links to the year-end lists from the major cigar publications. And since many ask me what I would recommend from these specific lists, I have highlighted my standouts (note the huge number of cigars from Nicaragua - just sayin'...).
