Partagás Maduro No. 1
Cuban tobacco company Habanos S.A. has announced the launch of the new Partagás Maduro No. 1. This Partagás will offer all of the flavor and intensity of the traditional Partagás, but with a very special dark shade maduro wrapper, selected from the best leaves harvested from the upper corona of the shade-grown tobacco plant which has developed a texture and intense color that complements the full flavor blend after an additional period of fermentation.
The Partagás Maduro No. 1 will be available in one vitola (52 x 130 mm [5" x 52 Robusto) in a Semi Boîte Nature box of 25. The cigar is exclusive to the network of La Casa del Habano outlets and Habanos specialists worldwide. The MSRP will be $16.35 (€14.90). It will also feature a new and attractive product design, having a bofetón (the protective leaf of paper inside the box) and costero (the colored strip on the short sides of the box) in brown color, and a small band that accompanies the traditional ring of the brand, also in the same color, with the name of this new vitola.
Ediciones Limitadas 2015: H. Upmann Magnum 56 and Ramón Allones Club Allones
Habanos S.A. announced the launch of the Ediciones Limitadas 2015, H. Upmann Magnum 56 and Ramón Allones Club Allones, that will be reaching to the different outlets around the world in the coming weeks. These limited editions Habanos are appreciated and expected by the aficionados every year; however, these are special because their vitolas do not exist in the regular range of sizes of the brand portfolio.
These Habanos are also distinguished by a careful selection of their wrapper, binder, and filler leaves which have been aged for a period of at least 2 years. The dark wrapper adorning these Habanos were harvested from the highest levels on the shade-grown black tobacco plant - a distinguishable characteristic, as this wrapper is darker than the others in the regular range of the specific brand.
The H. Upmann Magnum 56 will be the first launching in the Línea Magnum since 2008, a Línea that is characterized by its blends of elegant and shaded character with strength of light to medium flavor. The cigar features the largest ring gauge introduced by the H. Upmann brand to date. This Edición Limitada will be available in the 56 x 150 mm (6" x 56) vitola and will be presented in the classic slide lid box of 25 units.
The Ramón Allones Club Allones will be available in the 47 x 135 mm (~5¼" x 47) vitola, which is a unique size to the brand, and it is characterized by an intense and complex flavor. Club Allones is an opportunity for those smokers who enjoy full flavored Habanos and who now can taste them with the particular characteristics of the Ediciones Limitadas. The cigar will be presented in a current box of 10 units.
